摘    要
全球能源清洁化转型背景下,海上光伏成为清洁能源开发重要方向,但其网架附属件长期处于高盐雾、强紫外辐射、冷热潮湿循环的严苛海洋环境中,螺栓球、连接法兰等异形节点腐蚀问题突出。针对该问题,研发耐高温矿脂防腐材料体系,提出“填充高温矿脂胶泥与缠绕矿脂油带”的复合防腐方案。试验与现场应用表明,该体系耐温可达70 ℃,能有效隔绝腐蚀介质,解决异形节点防腐施工与防护难题,为海上光伏发电网架附属件提供了长效可靠的防腐解决方案,适配海上光伏结构25年以上的使用寿命要求。


Abstract
Under the global energy transition toward clean power, offshore photovoltaics have emerged as a key direction for clean energy development. However, the auxiliary components of the power grid in offshore photovoltaic systems are subjected to harsh marine environments, including prolonged exposure to high salt spray, intense ultraviolet radiation, and cyclic cycles of cold and hot humid conditions, leading to prominent corrosion issues in irregular nodes such as bolted spheres and connecting flanges. To address this challenge, a high-temperature-resistant grease-based corrosion protection material system was developed, proposing a composite corrosion prevention solution of "high-temperature grease grout filling and grease oil tape wrapping". Both laboratory tests and field applications demonstrated that this system could withstand temperatures up to 70 ℃, effectively isolating corrosive media and resolving the difficulties in corrosion prevention construction and protection for irregular nodes. It provided a long-lasting and reliable corrosion protection solution for offshore photovoltaic power grid auxiliary components, meeting the over-25-year service life requirements of offshore photovoltaic structures.
