摘    要
为获得高温抗氧化性能更佳的铜箔无铬钝化剂用配位剂,选取植酸、柠檬酸、聚天冬氨酸等有机酸及氨基磺酸、氟硼酸、氟硅酸等无机酸作为配位剂开展了对比实验研究。结果表明:有机酸配位剂较无机酸更耐高温氧化;其中聚天冬氨酸效果最佳,柠檬酸次之,且聚天冬氨酸与柠檬酸按1:1 (质量比,下同) 或2:1复配后的配位剂性能优于单一配位剂,所得钝化膜可在165 ℃烘烤10 min不变色,远超现有行业140 ℃烘烤15 min不变色的要求,是极具实际应用价值的复合配位剂。


Abstract
In order to obtain copper foil chromium free passivating agents with better high-temperature oxidation resistance, organic acids such as phytic acid, citric acid, and polyaspartic acid, as well as inorganic acids such as aminosulfonic acid, fluoroboric acid, and fluorosilicic acid were selected as coordinating agents for comparative research. The results showed that organic acid coordinating agents were more resistant to high-temperature oxidation than inorganic acids; Among them, polyaspartic acid had the best effect, followed by citric acid. Moreover, the coordination agent of polyaspartic acid and citric acid in a 1:1 (mass ratio) or 2:1 ratio had better performance than a single coordination agent. The resulting passivation film could be baked at 165 ℃ for 10 min without changing color, far exceeding the current industry's requirement of baking at 140 ℃ for 15 min without changing color. It was a composite coordination agent with great practical application value.
