摘 要
黄铜拉链晨曦金着色温暖而典雅,装饰效果好,可为消费者提供个性化配色选择。采用两步着色法对黄铜拉链晨曦金着色工艺进行研究,探讨了各因素对着色效果的影响,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱成分分析(EDS)方法分析着色层表面形貌和成分。结果表明,在常温下通过先茶金着色后白铜着色,所制备的晨曦金拉链着色效果理想;在最优工艺条件下获得的膜层各项性能均合格,着色膜层均匀致密,主要成分为Cu-Zn-Sn-Se复合物。该工艺色牢度高,适用于现有生产设备;制备工艺简单、质量可控性高、生产成本低,适合规模化生产。
Abstract
The bright dawn gold coloring of brass zippers is warm and elegant with excellent decorative effects, providing consumers with personalized color matching options. A two-step coloring method was used to study the bright dawn gold coloring process of brass zippers, investigating the influence of various factors on the coloring effect. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) were employed to analyze the surface morphology and composition of the colored layer. The results showed that under normal temperature, the bright dawn gold zippers prepared by first tea gold coloring and then white copper coloring have an ideal coloring effect. Under the optimal process conditions, the obtained film met all performance requirements with a uniform and dense structure, whose main component was a Cu-Zn-Sn-Se composite. This process featured high color fastness and was compatible with existing production equipment; it was simple, controllable in quality, and low in production cost, making it suitable for large-scale production.
