液压联轴器外套开裂原因

摘 要
某船舶服役5年后,在检修过程中发现其液压联轴器外套部件出现开裂现象。采用宏观观察、扫描电镜观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、能谱分析以及晶间腐蚀试验等检测方法,对液压联轴器外套开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:液压联轴器外套的金相组织中,晶界处富集铬碳化物析出相,晶界附近形成贫铬区,因而液压联轴器外套本身具有晶间腐蚀倾向。在海水的腐蚀环境下,液压联轴器外套晶界处的结合力进一步降低,最终导致晶间腐蚀开裂。
Abstract
During the maintenance process of a ship that has been in service for five years, the outer sleeve of the hydraulic coupling was discovered cracked. The causes of cracking in the outer sleeve of hydraulic couplings were analyzed by using methods such as macroscopic observation, scanning electron microscopy, chemical composition analysis, mechanical performance testing, metallographic examination, energy spectrum analysis, and intergranular corrosion testing. The results showed that in the metallographic structure of the outer sleeve of hydraulic coupling, chromium carbide precipitates were enriched at the grain boundaries, and a chromium-depleted area was formed near the grain boundaries. Therefore, the outer sleeve of hydraulic couplings had a tendency towards intergranular corrosion. In the corrosive environment of seawater, the bonding force at the grain boundaries of the outer sleeve of the hydraulic coupling further decreased, eventually leading to intergranular corrosion cracking.
