摘    要
针对直升机辅助动力装置中锥形主动齿轮内花键磨损导致的齿轮失效问题,提出了一种以摩擦焊为技术核心的轴径更换修复方案,系统地开展了修复工艺优化与全流程性能验证的研究,并对修复后的部件进行了考核及装配验证,结果表明其满足航空修理要求。研究证明,摩擦焊技术结合精密加工与热处理的修复方案可有效解决该类齿轮内花键失效的问题,不仅修复成本低、周期短,而且能显著延长关键传动部件的服役寿命,为航空传动件的高效修复提供了技术参考。

 

Abstract
Regarding gear failure in helicopter auxiliary power units caused by spline wear within the tapered drive gear. This study proposed a shaft diameter replacement and repair solution centered on friction welding technology. Systematic research was conducted to optimized repair processes and verify performance throughout the entire workflow. The components were subjected to post-prototyping assessment and assembly validation, and the results met aviation maintenance requirements. The results showed that the repair solution combining friction welding technology with precision machining and heat treatment can effectively solve internal spline failure issues in such gears. Not only can this solution reduce repair costs and shorten turnaround time, but also it can significantly extend the service life of critical transmission components, which can be provided as a technical reference for the efficient repair of aerospace transmission components.
