摘  要

分析了冶金行业TRT（高炉煤气余热余压发电透平机组）、汽轮机、高炉AV（全静叶可调）轴流风机、制氧行业空压机等大型透平机械轴颈、轴瓦磨损原因，介绍了轴颈拉伤的几种处理方法及案例，重点讲述了用“麻绳+棉布+百洁布+羊毛毡”的实施工艺及效果，总结了运行与检修的经验要点。

Abstract

This article analyzes the causes of journal and bearing wear in large turbine machinery such as TRT (blast furnace gas waste heat and pressure power generation turbine) units, steam turbines, blast furnace AV (fully adjustable static blade) axial fans, and oxygen production industry air compressors in the metallurgical industry. Several methods and cases for treating journal strains are introduced, with a focus on the implementation process and effects of using "hemp rope + cotton cloth + scouring pad + wool felt". The experience points of operation and maintenance are summarized.
