摘  要

现有桔皮标准出现桔皮数据“较好”，但目视漆面桔皮感观较差的问题。为解决上述问题，长安与BYK合作，通过制备桔皮评审试板，基于晦涩度、波纹度与目视得分的关系方程，以及BYK设计桔皮标准的经验，开发出新型漆面桔皮标准。新型桔皮标准搭载新车型试用，通过实车评审的方式，对新型桔皮标准与目视匹配度进行评审确认，新车型的漆面桔皮目视外观质量得到大幅提升，达到行业内豪华车型的漆面桔皮水平，解决了原桔皮标准数据与目视外观诉求不匹配的问题，开发出更符合用户对漆面桔皮审美的漆面桔皮标准。

Abstract

The existing orange peel standards have shown that the orange peel data is "good", but the visual appearance of the orange peel on the paint surface is poor. To solve the above problems, Changan and BYK collaborated to develop a new type of painted orange peel standard based on the relationship equation between obscurity, waviness, and visual score, as well as BYK's experience in designing orange peel standards, by preparing orange peel review test panels. The new orange peel standard was equipped with a new model for trial use. Through actual vehicle evaluation, the compatibility between the new orange peel standard and visual inspection was confirmed. The visual appearance quality of the paint orange peel of the new model was greatly improved, reaching the level of luxury car paint orange peel in the industry. This solved the problem of mismatch between the original orange peel standard data and visual appearance requirements, and developed a paint orange peel standard that is more in line with users' aesthetic preferences for paint orange peel.
