摘 要
亚硫酸金钠是无氰电镀主要使用的金盐,但有关亚硫酸金钠的制备报道较少。传统的化学制备方法往往存在工艺复杂、环境污染大、产品纯度低等问题,限制了其大规模应用。为此,通过离子交换膜电解法,在亚硫酸钠电解液中采用恒电流法实现金的溶解与配位同步反应,来进行亚硫酸金钠的制备。首先通过单因素法确定操作参数范围,随后通过曲面响应法优化实验条件,其最优条件为1.30 mol/L Na2SO3,电流0.52 A, NaCl添加量10.11%(质量分数),此时溶解速率为0.44 g/(cm2·h)。与传统氰化法相比,该工艺可避免使用剧毒试剂,且无氮氧化物产生,为贵金属的绿色加工提供了新方法。
Abstract
Sodium gold sulfite serves as the primary gold salt in cyanide-free electroplating applications, yet its synthesis remains sparsely documented. Conventional preparation techniques often exhibit intricate procedures, significant environmental impact, and compromised product purity, thereby impeding their widespread adoption. To this end, sodium gold sulfite was prepared by ion exchange membrane electrolysis in sodium sulfite electrolyte using a constant current method to achieve simultaneous gold dissolution and coordination reactions. Initially, the operational parameter range was established via a single-factor approach, followed by optimization of experimental conditions through the surface response method. The optimal conditions were identified as 1.30 mol/L Na2SO3, a current of 0.52 A, 10.11% NaCl addition, a dissolution rate of 0.44 g/(cm2·h). In contrast to the conventional cyanide method, this process circumvents the utilization of highly toxic reagents and eliminates the generation of nitrogen oxides, thus presenting a novel approach for the environmentally benign processing of precious metals.
