摘 要
定向能量沉积(DED)是增材制造(AM)的重要分支,在汽车行业具有巨大的应用前景。介绍了增材制造技术原理及特点,总结了DED技术在汽车行业中乘用车领域、商用车领域和汽车模具制造领域的应用现状,并分析了DED技术在各领域应用场景下的技术突破、成本效率性能等方面的优势效益。根据技术现状及当前趋势,对DED技术在汽车行业的应用前景进行展望,同时讨论了当前技术推广面临的挑战,为DED技术在汽车行业的发展和融合提供支持与借鉴。
Abstract
Directed energy deposition (DED) is an important branch of additive manufacturing (AM) with great potential for application in the automotive industry. This article introduces the principles and characteristics of additive manufacturing, summarizes the application status of DED technology in the fields of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and automotive mold manufacturing in the automotive industry, and introduces the technological breakthroughs, cost efficiency performance, and other advantages and benefits of DED technology in various application scenarios. Based on the current technological status and trends, this article looks forward to the application prospects of DED technology in the automotive industry, analyzes the challenges faced by technology promotion, and provides support and reference for the development and integration of DED technology in the automotive industry.
