摘 要
舵机柱塞长期在严苛的海洋环境中服役,其表面镀铬层易出现腐蚀麻坑碰伤、刮伤、漏油等问题,传统的修复方法如氩弧焊、冷焊等,存在热影响区易发生变形、组织相变等问题,难以满足高精度部件的修复要求。采用喷镀、刷镀与槽镀复合工艺对舵机柱塞进行修复,通过优化工艺参数和严格的质量控制,成功恢复了柱塞的使用性能。经模拟现场工况考核,均已达到相关技术指标,为类似大型精密部件的再制造提供了可靠的技参考。
Abstract
The chromium-plated surface of rudder plunger is prone to corrosion pits, scratches, oil leakage and other problems after servicing for a long time in the harsh marine environment, and traditional repair methods such as argon arc welding, cold welding, etc. have the problems of heat-affected zone deformation and tissue phase change, which are difficult to meet the repair requirements of high-precision components. The spray plating, brush plating and groove plating composite process was used to repair the rudder plunger. Through the optimization of process parameters and strict quality control, the composite process successfully restored the performance of the plunger, the relevant technical indicators was reached with simulation assessment of the field conditions, which provided a reliable technical reference for the remanufacturing of similar large-scale precision parts.
