微弧氧化作为一种新型表面处理技术,既可以有效提高金属基材的防腐性能,还具有工艺简单、高效环保等众多优点,显示出巨大的应用前景。目前,微弧氧化工艺因其优异的防腐蚀效果已广泛应用于航天、航空、船舶等领域。然而,工艺参数的不准确或现场操作不当等因素在实际生产中使得工件常遭遇质量问题,如铝合金铸件在微弧氧化后表面渗透出油斑,严重影响膜层的表面性能。经过分析和对比,发现油污是在机加工时,沿着疏松的金属层渗透进入,且前处理未进行彻底除油,最终导致油污渗透问题的产生。为此,以减少碱性清洗剂残留为宗旨,尝试多种方案,最终通过在前处理中使用超声波加热碱性溶液清洗并烘干的方法,对残留在铝合金铸件微孔内的深层次油污进行了彻底清除,完美地解决了微弧氧化后铝铸件表面渗透油污的问题。

 

Abstract

As a new surface treatment technology, micro-arc oxidation can not only effectively improve the corrosion resistance of metal substrate, but also has many advantages such as simple process, high efficiency and environmental protection, showing great application prospects. At present, micro-arc oxidation process has been widely used in aerospace, aviation, ships and other fields because of its excellent anti-corrosion effect. However, some factors such as inaccurate process parameters or improper field operation, make the workpiece encounter quality problems in actual production. In this paper, oil spots on the surface of castings after micro-arc oxidation, which seriously affects the surface properties of the film layer. Through analysis and comparison, it is found that the oil pollution permeates along the loose metal layer during machining, and the pretreatment is not completely deoiled, which eventually leads to the problem of oil pollution infiltration. In this paper, for the purpose of reducing the residue of alkaline cleaning agent, various schemes are tried. Finally, the deep-seated oil stains remaining in the micropores of aluminum alloy castings are thoroughly removed by using the method of ultrasonic heating alkaline solution for cleaning and drying in the pretreatment, which perfectly solves the problem of oil stains penetrating on the surface of aluminum castings after micro-arc oxidation.
