摘  要

随着全球制造业向服务化转型趋势不断深化，以及产品服务系统理论和循环经济理论在再制造领域的融合发展，再制造服务化转型升级也在加速演进。为清晰地了解再制造服务化的研究现状及热点分布，以中国知网（CNKI）和Web of Science核心数据库中在2000～2025年发表的1 012篇再制造服务相关期刊文献为研究对象，运用CiteSpace进行描述性统计和聚类分析，梳理国内外再制造服务化的演进过程与研究脉络，并利用可视化图谱挖掘再制造服务化的最新研究动态和趋势，以期为后续再制造服务领域的理论研究提供参考。

Abstract

With the deepening global trend of servitization in manufacturing and the integrated development of product service system theory and circular economy theory in the field of remanufacturing, the transformation and upgrading of remanufacturing servitization is also accelerating. To clarify the research status and hot-spot distribution of remanufacturing servitization, this paper took 1 012 journal articles related to remanufacturing services published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science Core Collection databases from 2000 to 2025 as research objects. Through descriptive statistics and cluster analysis using CiteSpace, we systematically sorted out the evolutionary process and research context of remanufacturing servitization in domestic and international studies. Furthermore, visual mapping was employed to explore the latest research dynamics and trends in remanufacturing servitization, aiming to provide references for subsequent theoretical research in this field.
